All the APPSolve Agri applications allow integration with other systems, including financial systems like SAGE Pastel.

All applications can be used in combination with data sharing between the application to ensure sustainable and efficient use of the software system.

The database application makes provision for registering farmers, individuals, staff, associations and/or companies on the system coupled with the relevant data records for a quick and easy reference. The system allows for uploading any documentation stored in the cloud for easy access anywhere in the world. Various reports can be run for the stakeholders loaded on the system.

The micro-financing application gives the user access to all the tools to capture, calculate, report, and manage the financial profiles of countless clients. This application is specially designed to provide the user with all the functionalities needed for the unique nature of micro-financing and agricultural financing. Various reports are available to manage the micro-loans and the business sustainably.

The warehouse receipt application enables the user to create delivery notes, warehouse receipts (WR) and invoices as an electronic copy and print out a pdf hard copy. This application allows for the management, processing, and sale of various products for various companies or individuals while having the traceability of all products throughout the process. Multiple reports are possible to manage stock levels and sales throughout a season, making it possible to make “real-time” evaluations and decisions. This application also caters for WR/collateral financing with build-in securities.

The transport application allows the user to move products between numerous locations, and multiple loads can be loaded on a single transport dispatch note. The system enables users to see the date and time a product is dispatched and the date and time the product is offloaded at multiple destinations.

The farm management application allows the user to load budgets and actual spending values for multiple entities and multiple farming operations per season. The budget is used as a reference, and the system enables the “real-time” evaluation of the actual spending and sales of the farming operation with the budget. Various reports can be run to evaluate the productivity and profitability of a farming operation and compare the profitability of multiple farming enterprises and operations. This allows the users to make proactive, “real-time” decisions to optimise their operations.

The financing application provides the capturing and management of loan accounts for clients, including instalment calculation, management of overdraft accounts and storage of sensitive financial information.

The financial system integration application enables the user to integrate the data captured in APPSolve Agri applications with other systems, like financial systems. This ensures the data is captured only once in a single institution and ensures data correctness and efficient use.
